Pretty average children's adventure film set in India and starring Marcel as a young animal trainer out to get revenge on a religious cult led by Foray, whose members have accidentally killed his parents in a forest fire that they set. Though his friends the Maharajah (Krugman) and Karloff are sympathetic, they can do nothing to help the boy due to a lack of evidence. Eventually, Marcel discovers the cult's secret hiding place and witnesses strange rituals, but he is captured by the cult and sentenced to be burned alive.
