The centerpiece of the Happy Hooker trilogy has Heatherton as the Dutch prostitute and author this time. She is summoned to testify to a Senate committee as to whether sex is ruining the country. She relates a series of liaisons and tells how each had a serious purpose and wasn't just mindless sex. During a recess, a CIA agent recruits her to use her charms on an Arab oil shiek.
