Typical cowboy yarn in which Ritter and Andrews face a gang of claim jumpers intent on killing unsuspecting prospectors who have struck it rich. The bad guys are in cahoots with a county clerk who forges signatures and documents for a piece of the action. Ritter overcomes all to defeat the
forces of evil and bring peace to the land once more. Standard stuff, with songs including a new arrangement of the old favorite "Clementine." Other songs: "Gold Is Where You Find It" (Ritter, Frank Harford), "Donohue's Done It Again" (Jack Frost), and "They're Hanging Pappy Early In the Morning"
(Johnny Lange, Lew Porter).
