Hot rods, monsters, and rock 'n' roll--an instant giveaway to the mentality of this teen-oriented picture. The hint of a plot has a gang of greasers holing up in a haunted mansion after getting evicted from their garage. This deformed script could have only been helped by a complete
rewrite. There are a few unromantic romances, a brawl with a rival gang, and the appearance of a gym-shoed "She Creature."
