A silly comedy about a small mountain town in Austria whose leaders decide to entice tourists by promoting a legendary "fountain of love" that can be found nearby. The outraged minister of tourism sends one of her agents to investigate, but he finds nothing after the town's mayor orders a
three-day moratorium on sex and has the fountain plugged up. The agent wires for the minister to come take a look for herself, but is soon dissuaded when he drinks a glass of the aphrodisiac water. Busloads of tourists arrive to visit the now-opened fountain, and the minister claims the waters for
the state.
