The Fabulous Texan

An overblown western about the adventures of two Confederate officers, Elliott and Carroll, who make their way back to their Texas homes. They find the Lone Star state crawling with lecherous carpetbaggers and corrupt officials. Carroll is forced into the hills after avenging his father's murder by killing a town officer. He is soon joined by buddy Elliott. They leave their mutual love, McLeod, behind when they are pursued by vigilantes. They split up, but only Elliott survives, returning to the law-restored town and settling down with McLeod.
