British flash-in-the-pan pop star Steele appears in his second film (the first being THE TOMMY STEELE STORY, of course) as the son of a down-on-their-luck aristocratic family pushing their boy into marriage with a Ritallian princess. Steele balks because he's already secretly married.
Luckily, he meets a rude young cockney who bears an amazing resemblance to him (also played by Steele) so he grooms the stranger to take his place in Ritallia. Musical numbers include "It's All Happening," "Happy Guitar," and "Thanks a Lot."
