Ruhmann, a computer wizard, is thought to be insane when he tells the police that his car was wrecked by an elephant (which it was) and that the duck (his home computer) is ringing at half-past seven. He is put in a mental institution and finds that the only way out is to act crazy.
Despite its cliched premise (that a person must be crazy to exist in today's society), this film has some nice moments, but not enough of them.
