An incompetent gang of bank robbers led by Mabe hit on the idea of eliminating human error from their jobs by training a group of dogs to perform for them. They enlist the help of ex-Air Force dog trainer Reed, telling him they are training the dogs for a security service. When Reed
figures out what is really going on, he tries to leave, but Mabe threatens to kill the dogs--named after famous bank robbers (Dillinger, Pretty Boy Floyd, Ma Barker, Bonnie and Clyde, etc.). The day of the robbery arrives, and the canine criminals pull it off without a hitch, although Bonnie is
