This thriller bereft of thrills opens with a double murder. The killer then pursues a young actress he thinks may be able to identify him. He attempts to strangle her at her home but fails. He is later cornered by the police and the army on a practice shooting range. Flabby direction lets this one fall flat. leave a comment
