Dunn and Clarke are reporters for rival newspapers. Though they seem not to like each other at first, it is not too long before they fall in love. They are about to be married when Dunn gets shipped off to do an undercover story in a prison, leaving Clarke standing at the altar. Perhaps the real story would have been to tell how a society writer like Dunn suddenly gets sent to do a hard crime story in a prison. leave a comment
