Is there a car-racing movie worth its while that doesn't wind up at the Indy 500? Yes, a few, but most aim for that Memorial Day weekend, and THE CROWD ROARS is no exception. James Cagney is Joe Greer, an auto racer who fails to keep his kid brother, Eddie (Eric Linden), away from fast
