A so-so crime film has young prizefighter Walker joining the police department so he can take advantage of the cops' gym facilities and boxing instruction. However, law and order, along with love, gets into his blood while he goes through training. At the end of the film he outwits a
holdup mob from his own neighborhood, rescues a couple of cops who were being held hostage, and gets the girl.
