Aykroyd is an antisocial con who got himself out of jail and into a mental facility by eating paint chips and licking the dust off radiators. One of the doctors, however, the ineffectual Clennon, is sure Burns is not really crazy and decides to reward him for his disruptive antics by packing him off to a maximum-security prison. Meanwhile, in Beverly Hills, doctor Grodin, radio call-in-show personality and psychiatrist to the very rich, has had a nervous breakdown and must take a lengthy vacation.
