Dire Ed Wynn vehicle with the comic playing a child (for almost an unbearable hour), a fireman's son, then a dummy candidate for alderman. Wynn's myriad vaudeville routines fall flat in this tedious production, one so poor that the film was never released in England, where 1930s audiences
were grateful for any Hollywood product.
