The last and worst installment of the generally spotty Lee/Fu Manchu series has the evil Chinese scientist inventing a machine that freezes water instantly. To help him perfect his insidious device (of course he plans to take over the world with it) he kidnaps a brilliant scientist who
suffers from a terminal heart condition and equally brilliant surgeon Stoll to keep the scientist alive by performing a heart transplant. This was so bad that its release was held up for several years and then it was stuck on the lower half of a double bill.
