The Black Castle

Two years after this horror film, producer William Alland was to make THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON. In this melodrama, McNally is a suspicious count with a huge estate that seems to swallow up people. When two of handsome Greene's pals fail to return after a sojourn to McNally's property, Greene decides to investigate and quickly learns that McNally killed his friends and is now about to do the same to him. This understood, Greene grabs Corday, the count's unwilling spouse, and they try to flee the castle.
