Tim Conway's license plate used to be "13 WEEKS" because that was the length of time his TV series used to last. This movie probably didn't last 13 days in the theaters. Conway (whose real name is Tom; he had to change it when he joined the Screen Actors Guild so he wouldn't be confused with Tom Conway, George Sanders' brother, who played in THE FALCON) is a bumbler who learns that he is the only remaining relative of the fabulously wealthy Choo Choo Trayne (Geer, in his last performance)--to give you an idea of the film's intelligence level.
