Kibbee is a retired millionaire who buys a dry-cleaning plant to keep busy but bristles when gangsters move in (as did Al Capone in Chicago when taking over the dry-cleaning businesses) to extort money. He rounds up some employees and, supported by wife Brissac, cleans up the mobs where the
police have failed. Ridiculous premise with a few laughs provided by a talking parrot. Alma Lloyd is the daughter of director Frank Lloyd.
