Philip Seymour Hoffman has passed away at 46, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
According to a law-enforcement official, the Oscar-winning actor was found dead in his Manhattan apartment Sunday afternoon. The New York Police Department is currently investigating and no cause of death has been determined.
