The Barbarians

A dim-witted, but oddly likable sword-and-sorcery tale, THE BARBARIANS stars the brawny Paul brothers (David and Peter). The film begins when the brothers are just young tykes traveling with a nomadic tribe called the Ragnicks, who can wander fearlessly through dangerous lands because they are protected by a virgin queen who wears a magic ruby in her navel. The evil Kadar (Richard Lynch) captures the queen and the Ragnicks, and the junior he-men are tossed into a slave-labor dungeon. Ten years pass.
