If you liked THE CORSICAN BROTHERS (Douglas Fairbanks, 1941), you probably won't like this sequel. Richard Greene is pleasant and all that, but he's no Fairbanks. Mario Franchi leads a faction who wishes to unseat Burr and bring home rule to the people of Corsica. Franchi's twin brother Carlos (from whom he was separated at birth) is a gypsy, and the two of them get together to overthrow Burr. So far, it's very much like the original in which the two brothers combined to overthrow Akim Tamiroff.
