Nelson and Domergue, atomic scientists, find a fellow worker alive after having believed him dead, discovering that his brain thinks seven seconds ahead of actual time and that he is capable of predicting the momentary future. Crooks abduct the scientist to use him for a robbery scheme but they are foiled by Nelson in this dumb movie with an interesting premise. leave a comment
