Quinn is a Rumanian peasant falsely accused of being a Jew by invading German forces. He's sent to a labor camp by Aslan, a local police captain who lusts after Quinn's wife, Lisi. Though she loves her husband, Lisi is forced to divorce Quinn so that their property won't be confiscated.
