While not up to par with the rest of the series, THREE TEXAS STEERS still provides a few chuckles, even if they're not all intentional. Landis, the femme owner of a circus, inherits a plot of land which the government wants for a water improvement project. The shifty Graves, Landis' manager, tries to get the land for himself, but his plan is foiled by Wayne and his fellow Mesquiteers.
