Skelton and Williams are a pair of carnival performers who make their meager wages by putting the latter in a dunk tank and letting the former toss balls at the target. Skelton is mistaken for millionaire oil tycoon Wynn and lives the life of luxury for a short while. There's nothing new
or interesting about this one, with Williams swimming only once, in a dream sequence. Songs include "It's Dynamite" (sung by Ann Miller), "Whoa? Emma," "Young Folks Should Get Married," "Carnie's Pitch" (Dorothy Fields, Harry Warren), "Clap Your Hands," "Deep in the Heart of Texas" (June Hershey,
Don Swander), "Schnaps" (Maurice Vandair).
