A hard-rock band known as "the Clowns" wears makeup and performs Grand Guignol routines on stage. One of the band's fans takes these antics a bit too seriously, donning makeup like his idols and killing off immoral sorts, such as pretty young prostitutes. Unfortunately, TERROR ON TOUR was directed by Don Edmonds, who was responsible for the degenerate ILSA, SHE WOLF OF THE SS and ILSA, HAREM KEEPER OF THE OIL SHEIKS. Edmonds proved with his "Ilsa" cult films that he was depraved and certainly no filmmaking talent. With TERROR ON TOUR he simply proves he has no talent. How can you make a film featuring a rock 'n' roll band and neglect to show a concert crowd? Edmonds occasionally provides a few cheering extras. leave a comment
