Daniel Norson (Dewey Martin) is a young and very religious prizefighter from the South who is given his chance by manager Willy Wurble (Keenan Wynn). The future looks good for Daniel, until he discovers that Willy is fixing an upcoming match. He voices his disapproval and along with it
