Tell Me A Riddle: Review

Based on a novella by Tillie Olsen, this fine directorial debut by actress Lee Grant tells the story of Lila Kedrova, an aging woman whose 40-year marriage has been a disappointment for both her and her husband, Melvyn Douglas. Unaware that she is terminally ill, Kedrova visits her granddaughter, Brooke Adams, in San Francisco, and the trip is filled with revelations. leave a comment
