Vaughn may have been a little too hard on producer-director Corman when he called TEENAGE CAVEMAN "one of the best worst films of all time." It's not quite down there with the worst of the bunch. (Let's not forget about PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE.) In fact TEENAGE CAVEMAN isn't even half-bad.
Vaughn stars as the title teen, a caveman who inhabits part of the dinosaur-populated wasteland with his symbol-maker father. He is warned never to go across the river because of an evil monster. Teenagers will be teenagers, however, and Vaughn goes across, finding not a monster but an old man.
