Knight, an official at the US Embassy in London, is married to Arnall. Paige, the couple's nanny, leaves their 18-month-old baby in a carriage while she goes into a drugstore. When she comes out, the baby is gone. Farrar is the detective assigned to the case, but he has few clues to go on. The torn pages from a novel finally lead him to the baby, who is saved from falling off a cliff in this gripping detective drama. leave a comment
