An unsuccessful but interesting venture into the western genre by melodrama king Douglas Sirk. Hudson is cast as the son of Cochise. With his father on his deathbed, Hudson promises that he will keep the tribe at peace. Hudson's brother, however, wants the tribe to unite with the warring Geronimo.
