Two big-time American names, Mature and Welles, couldn't add enough luster to this Italian exploitation film. The plot centers on how the evil and ruthless Tartars fought with the mild Vikings in medieval Russia. Mature leads the Vikings, while Welles is the boss man for the Tartars. Both have a beautiful woman hostage in the encampments.
