Too much talking between the fights slows down this western. Scott returns to town with vengeance on his mind. He wants to knock off Barrat, who has cheated his way into becoming a cattle baron and wouldn't let Scott marry his daughter. To prevent the wedding, Barrat even had Scott's small ranch burned to the ground. Scott gets in a few fights while waiting Barrat out but doesn't even have to kill Barrat to ruin him, since Barrat's land is actually public property. Malone at first defends her father but finally relents and goes back to Scott, her true love. leave a comment
