Little more than an excuse to display some minor musical talent and long-stemmed ex-model Falkenburg's legs and "amateur" acting ability. Falkenburg pretends to be the daughter of a once prominent stage actress as a means of getting into a Broadway play. Neal is the Walter Winchell-like columnist she uses to get into the show.
