Tilton, who rode the crest to fame as Benny Goodman's vocalist, takes a role as an out-of-work big band singer. After being turned down for a job in a band, she takes work as a switchboard operator for a juke box company. She falls in love with a bandleader who hires her to handle the
vocal chores. A mediocre story which is watchable only because of its jumping soundtrack. Songs include: "I'll Eat My Hat," "Let's Capture This Moment," "Say It with Love," "Music to My Ears," "Highway Polka," "Got an Invitation" (Jay Livingston, Ray Evans, Lewis Bellin).
