The idle youths of France's Cote D'Azur are under scrutiny here as Oliver (Christian Pezey) becomes part of a group who want to have as much fun as possible. When Pezey refuses to be seduced by Elke (Elke Sommer) because he needs to be in love with in order to sleep with someone, tensions begin to erupt. This eventually leads the young folk to realize how wasted their lives really are.
