Swamp Country

When a mobster's girl (Lawrence) is found dead in a motel, DaLie, an ex-big game hunter, is the prime suspect. He runs off and is chased by Allen through the Okefenokee swamp. Gilbert, the sheriff's girl, is warned about the man. Knight, a singer and rival for Gilbert's affections, is kidnaped by some bootleggers who think he's ratting on them. He's rescued by the sheriff. Meanwhile, DaLie saves Gilbert's younger sister from a panther. She agrees to help DaLie prove his innocence. Eventually, Armstrong turns out to be the murderer.
