Frank Tashlin before he found his form, and just
too cutesy. This would-be comedy has Powell playing a screenwriter who is doing research for a film about juvenile delinquents. Two policeman buddies drop off an 18-year-old (Reynolds) to help him get a better handle on the subject. She
proves to be more than Powell can handle and complications arise when his girlfriend (Francis) grows jealous. The premise is terrific and seemingly good material for director Tashlin. However, the film is a real mess that is more ugly than funny. There are a few humorous moments in this sex-farce,
