Imbecilic teen exploitation film has nerd Menlo Schwartzer (Eddie Deezen) constantly made the butt of practical jokes by a gang of arrogant surfers. When they go too far by slipping female hormones in his soft drink, he grows a tiny pair of breasts. Completely unhinged by the new
