When pathologist Bower gets lost in the Philippine jungle she accidentally stumbles onto the secret laboratory of Littler. He is conducting some experiments that are supposed to cure criminals of their psychopathic tendencies, but instead turn them into beasts. The trite plot is developed in a confusing style by writer-director Schenck. It was released with the equally bad DAUGHTERS OF SATAN. leave a comment
