Jackson stars in this comic blaxploitation picture as a private detective who has none of the talents or laurels of Shaft, the character played by Richard Roundtree in the 1971 movie of the same name. He and his sidekick, Jay, do their best to rid Harlem of its undesirables, but that proves to be too large a task for these bumbling misfits. A harmless picture which, like the rest in the genre, quickly became dated. leave a comment
