After being exposed to radiation, policeman Hill is left with extraordinary powers he uses bring all manner of lawbreakers to justice. Backed up by his partner (Borgnine), the supercharged cop goes after mobster Lawrence, catches bullets with his teeth, and laughs in the face of awful special effects and stupid gags. Bad performances--both in front of and behind the camera--abound in this low-budget quickie. leave a comment
