Hill and Spencer are struggling crooks who turn into "two super cops" when they accidentally join forces with the police and help in cracking a drug case, but not without some silly spoofing. Nothing super about it, except the title. The spaghetti-western duo with anglicized names, handsome Hill and hulking Spencer, starred in pictures such as ACE HIGH (1969) before coming to the US, where this one was filmed. leave a comment
