Looking almost like a travelog, this film follows the adventures of Parks as he backpacks through Europe on summer vacation, visiting the scenic wonders of seven different countries. Parks meets Lund, a young Norwegian girl, and falls in love. They share enough experiences to make their bond more than just a casual affair. He is then faced with the problem of whether to return to school in the US or stick it out with Lund. Though there is not much of a narrative, the picture manages to maintain interest through the development of the relationship, with Parks having the right type of energy for his role. leave a comment
