In this shallow, meaningless tale, Cathy and Michael (Darryl Hannah and Peter Gallagher) are rich-kid lovers who spend a summer at a Greek island villa. Their romancing is temporarily interrupted by Lina (Valerie Quennessen), a lady archaeologist doing some digging on the island. She
quickly fits into the scheme of things after she and Michael have a fling. Little in any of these characters would endear them to an audience. A horrible disco soundtrack makes the movie hard to sit through. Randal Kleiser, who directed GREASE (1978) and THE BLUE LAGOON (1980), apparently
attempted to blend the two in this silly effort.
