This film's silly premise has sometime ecdysiast Corio as the daughter an Arab sultan and the object of American Norris' romantic desires. During WW II, an agent for the German government is after the sultan's oil fields and tries to go behind his back by making a deal with Bonanova, the sultan's right-hand man.
