Fairly taut thriller that features Connors, Ashley, and a number of others as Americans fighting behind enemy lines in the Philippines during WW II. Their mission is to make sure important U.S. documents are destroyed before the enemy gets them. The papers are hidden in a vault where the Americans were based before they fled. Although plot development is a bit confusing, the action moves well, with enough eccentric characters to provide interest. leave a comment
