Suddenly: Review

Eight years before Frank Sinatra played a military commander attempting to foil the assassination of a presidential nominee in The Manchurian Candidate, he took on a role even more daring: the assassin himself. It's one of his strongest performances, and that it should be the follow-up role to his Oscar winning turn in From Here to Eternity says a lot about the career risks he was willing to take.
