Unconvincing script and poor special effects sink this submarine film from the start. Quickly made, it is based on the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. It relates fictional events that occurred before the attack, particularly a story line involving Chapman who ends up on a submarine after the pleasure boat she was on has been sunk.
